Getting started

From "I have a PDF" to "responses are arriving" in one sitting.

How do I create my first form?

Upload the PDF form you already use, place online fields over the parts people need to complete, and share the link. Most first forms are live in about ten minutes, and half of that is usually finding the PDF.

Do the people filling in my forms need an account?

No. Respondents click your link, complete the form on any device, and submit. No account, no download, no app, no printing and definitely no photographing a form on a kitchen bench.

What kinds of PDFs work?

The everyday forms your business already trusts: client intake, staff onboarding, maintenance requests, inspection checklists, consent forms, applications. If it is a PDF within your plan size limit, you can build on it.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 3 active forms and 100 submissions a month, with no card required. Prove the workflow on your most annoying form first.

Trust and security

Forms collect other people’s details, so this part stays serious.

How do I verify a document has not been modified?

Use the verify page at pdfformcraft.com/verify. Provide the completed PDF and we check it against the original submission, so you can confirm the document you are holding is the document that was submitted. No account needed.

MFA — what’s that about?

Multi-factor authentication is mandatory on every PDF Form Craft account, on every plan, including Free. You sign in with your password plus a code from an authenticator app. Your forms collect other people’s information, so the front door gets a proper lock — no exceptions, including for us.

Who can see the responses to my forms?

Responses belong to your account and are visible to your designers. Respondents only ever see their own form. You choose which forms are public and which links go to specific people.

How do I report a suspicious form?

Use the report abuse form, linked from the contact page and the footer of every page. Reports for phishing, spam, impersonation, or other misuse go straight to us for review.

Plans and billing

What happens when I hit my plan limits?

We warn you as you approach your form or submission limits, and upgrading takes effect immediately. We would rather tell you early than have you find out from a frustrated customer.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Plans are monthly — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account whenever you like. There is no lock-in contract and no exit interview.

What are the SSO and custom branding add-ons?

From the Standard plan up, you can add single sign-on ($29/month) or custom branding ($19/month) without jumping to a bigger tier. Branding is included on Premium and above; SSO is included on Enterprise.

Do I need to talk to sales?

Only if you want to. Every plan except Enterprise is fully self-service: sign up, build, upgrade, and cancel without a phone call. Enterprise gets a human because custom limits deserve a conversation.
