1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how PDF Form Craft uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies on pdfformcraft.com, app.pdfformcraft.com, and related services. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. What these technologies are

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a website in a browser. Local storage can retain information in a browser until it is removed, while session storage is normally cleared when the relevant browser session ends. Similar technologies can include security tokens, device identifiers, pixels, scripts, and software-development tools that store or access information on a device.

3. The public website

The public PDF Form Craft website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. A small JavaScript beacon supplied by Cloudflare records page views and performance measurements. It is configured without analytics cookies, local storage, advertising profiles, or tracking individual visitors across websites.

Website hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security signals in server or security logs. These activities protect and deliver the website and do not depend on an advertising profile.

4. The PDF Form Craft application

The application may use storage that is necessary to provide features a user requests, including:

• Authentication and session storage to keep users signed in and route authorised requests;
• Security storage to support multi-factor authentication, fraud prevention, abuse controls, and account protection;
• Preference storage to remember settings deliberately selected by a user;
• Workflow storage to preserve a form or account interaction during a browser session; and
• Load-balancing and reliability storage where needed to deliver the requested service consistently.

These technologies are not used to create advertising profiles. Blocking them may prevent login, account management, form completion, verification, or other requested features from working.

5. Analytics and marketing technologies

Cloudflare Web Analytics loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends limited page-view and performance information to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not track individual users across its customers' websites. We use the resulting aggregate reports to understand which pages are useful and how well the website performs.

Because the current analytics configuration does not store or access analytics cookies or other browser identifiers, we do not show an analytics consent banner. We do not use behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking on the public website.

If we introduce a technology that requires consent, we will update this policy and prevent it from loading until the visitor has made a choice where required.

Any consent interface will provide a clear way to allow or reject optional technologies, will not treat continued browsing as consent, and will provide a way to revisit the choice. Rejecting optional technologies will not prevent access to ordinary website content.

6. Third-party features

Some application features may connect to third-party services selected by a customer or user, such as payment, identity, webhook, or other integration providers. Those services may use their own storage when a person chooses to interact with them. Their policies apply to their technologies. We will not classify an optional third-party tracker as essential merely because it is convenient to us.

7. How long storage lasts

Session storage usually lasts for the browser session. Persistent storage lasts until its configured expiry, until it is replaced, or until the user clears it. Authentication and security storage is retained only for periods reasonably needed for the relevant session, preference, or protection. Exact durations can vary with the feature and security configuration.

8. Your browser controls

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block, or delete cookies and browser storage. Blocking all storage may sign you out or prevent protected and stateful features from working. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent server-side security logs, which are handled under the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when browser technologies, providers, legal requirements, or service features change. The revised version will be published here with an updated date. A material change involving optional tracking will also be reflected in the relevant notice or preference control.
